At Herman Desserts, we exclusively use milk and cream sourced from farms where cows graze outdoors from spring through autumn for at least 120 days a year and a minimum of 6 hours a day. In modern dairy farming, allowing cows to graze outdoors from spring to autumn can no longer be taken for granted. The Meadow Milk Logo guarantees that the desserts are made with pasture milk.
Pure Belgian chocolate. No compromises.
Some choose to replace part of the cocoa butter. We don't. At Herman Desserts, we work exclusively with pure Belgian chocolate made with 100% cocoa butter. You can taste the difference in every spoonful.
